That'd be a great horn to put on a car you're selling to a friend. Depending on the person, it'd probably be awhile before they even tried the horn... then, right when they need it... BAM! LA CUCARACHA

Don't they have those horrendous mp3-playing horns too? I would hope the government has outlawed them by now.

I guess this is kind of a safety issue... when you hear the noise you typically associate with a car horn on the road, you know it means you generally should take action to prevent a collision (if it's used properly).

You hear la cucaracha, you look for the ice cream man. I mean, someone tries to make a lane change into you - will a blast of la cucaracha do the trick? You'd confuse the hell out of some of the more dimwitted drivers we have in this city, who are the type that likely get honked at the most.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a some law against non-standard horns...

Ya I changed my horn to lets just say something else.
And it REALLY sucks when you need it cause now when I honk they dont even know whats going on...
Sometimes I think I should change it back but I dunnoo.
Funny when you dont need it, but annoying when you do need it.

haha, my buddy had one of those. He bought the car used and let me drive it just after he got it. I tried the horn and that's what came out. He had no idea until that moment that the horn sounded like that.

I guess the solution would be to wire up both separately and have a second button for the "alternate horn."
