i know ive seen it around a lot (least mentioned here) but whats an ae86? i feel so stupid askin that lol. i am pretty sure its a toyota corolla sport or something? (80's version? *shrugs*) thanks guys! (hides behind brick wall so nobody can yell at him)

AE86 is the chassis code for the mid 80's Toyota Corolla GT-S, it's called the Trueno (flip-up lights) or the Levin (exposed lights) in Japan. Cheap, light, high reving twin-cam engines, RWD, LSD and balanced made it a hit in Japan with the drifters and everyday drivers.

Also Initial D helped make it even more popular, especially in the North American market.
