Thats cheap and in car audio you get what you pay for. But it will accept usb in so chances are it may even work with a ipod.

I bought a $60 one at Walmart for my winter beater, its the same type with usb/sd slot but without LCD and with CD player and its some unknown brand and its been working great so far.
If you don't really care about sound quality, these cheap ones are decent.
