View Full Version : Good Christmas movies or shows to watch?

Anyone have any suggestions for good movies or tv shows (new or old) to watch this December leading up to Christmas?
Christmas TV programming used to be so good, but it's really been watered down of the past few years. The cartoon specials were great Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer (claymation-style), Garfield, Charlie Brown, GI Joe, For Better of For Worse, etc. I recommend checking out all those xmas TV episodes.
Can't forget about How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Yogi Bear's First Christmas and the Disney Christmas Special.

There's only two Christmas movies one needs to watch.
The aforementioned 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation' and 'A Christmas Story'

Anybody seen the Boondocks episode where the kid is hunting Santa with a bb gun? I thought it was hilarious, and it summed up my sentiments about xmas...

Best Christmas movie EVAR!
My second favorite is actually an animated IMAX movie. I was able to find it on DVD two years ago, HMV can get it on special order too. It's called Santa vs. the Snowman. There's even a 3-D version on the DVD too, it's awesome! Hilarious movie, I can't get through a holiday season without watching it!
