We've been building a few Substations from the ground up and then our panel shop will build the electrial panels, modules that go into the Substation and then our Tech crew comes along and commission everything

Nope, neither. Much better than both. So much better actually that many past employees of both of those companies have moved to ours. We also have current/future projects in eastern canada (have been in New Brunswick working on a wind farm) as well as future possibilities in BC.
