I have my CCNA and was thinking to further my knowledge. Company will pay for it, but I'm looking at the boot camp. 15 days strait, 10 hours+ each day plus homework, 4 tests, passing grade is 87% on each test. It's supposed to be super hell and super stressfull. But it might be worth it.

It might be the shittiest 15 days of you life, but it all depends on whether it's worth it to you.
I say while "the company" is paying for it and giving you time, go for it.

might as well if its paid for. i don't see it being affecting you negatively in anyway. maybe lost salary but overall it helps you.

It may open up some new opportunities with your company man, more education is always a bonus. I say go for it

I don't do routing and switching but I took the CCSP boot camp recently in San Diego through Intense (5 exams). It was hell. Half the class were CCNP.

5 out of 8 failed at least all the exams at least once
4 out of 8 had to rewrite every exam at least once
4 out of 8 eventually passed
2 out of 8 never made it
1 out of 2 that never made it was hoping to write IE. ROFL!

Someone had a fucking cold and gave it to half the class during the 12 days.

But I heard routing and switching is much easier!

hehe!

See you understand. This course isnt "yipee free education" it's extremely stressfull and hardcore! Cisco makes things extra hard so people fail so less people have accredidation on purpose.

So I was just looking to see if others had experience with it and had info to share like turbo miata.
