I'm sitting in a banquet room in one of the most expensive hotels in Victoria, ready to DJ a wedding for some very well-off people from the US/Korea. The buffet was sushi, assortments of clams, mussels, smoked pacific salmon, herb-encrusted sirloin with au-jus, rosemary potatoes, italian penne with olives, artichokes, cheese (really good cheese too) and sun-dried tomatoes.

I've had three plates and I'm stuffed. This food is probably $100/plate and it's fantastic! Just wanted to brag a bit. :poosie:

I loves my job :D

Edit: oh yeah, it's all free too. Open bar tonight!

It's great. Those pics are of the SECOND round of stuff too. There are only 50 people here but we demolished that thing.

See above post about the party sucking like a cheap whore. These people won't dance to ANYTHING, they just want to talk. At least they paid me, but this means I don't get any tips tonight :(

I always used to hang out on the big rocks right on the harbour in victoria.

This is on the south side of the harbour from the bridge. The big US/Canada ferry goes by every couple of hours.
