I just don't feel like listening to music on my drive to/from work. Listened to AM talk radio for a while but that didn't last long.

For the first time I downloaded a whole bunch of podcasts trying to find something I like. So far the only one I really enjoy is "Stuff you should know, by the howstuffworks website". The two hosts have a pretty good sense of humor and the topics they talk about have been pretty interesting. That's my recommendation. Anyone else?

Also the gf wants a podcast that is like a relationship/sex advice show where people call in (or I guess email in the case of a podcast) with questions and they reply with advice or funny comments or something. Can anyone recommend a good one? I downloaded a couple I randomly found and they made me want to scratch my ears out. (I have to listen to them too in the car....)

One of my fav podcasts is the comedy central stand up. Good way to start your morning IMO. They just don't update it very often anymore.

for your gf, the "love line" podcast with Dr. Drew is pretty cool, i guess. I like listening to it on x92.9 between 11pm-1am when i can't sleep. some good stories and the hosts are funny, as well as informative.

Smodcast and assorted music, mainly. Sometimes I'll listen to the Nikonians podcast as well.

Buy the Ricky Gervais first series podcast. Sucks you have to pay now, but its well worth it.

Yeah, I know, sometimes I'm really starved for entertainment. People talking about pictures, sounds enthralling.

During F1 season I listen to the BBC F1 podcast. They have some awesome driver interviews along with a great recap analysis. Now I listen to NBC nightly news, CBS nightly news, and the Today show to keep in touch with US and global events. My passengers watches the shows since it's a video podcast.

I've been trying to listen to AM 660 lately to keep updated with the news. Gets boring at times though. I listen to that or else I plug in my Ipod.
