Car Alarm Recommendations

Well, I know this thread is a bit premature since I haven't actually found my car yet...but I'm still hoping...

I was wondering what brand/kind of car alarm you guys would recommend for a civic hb? Something entry level, nothing over the top too expensive?

Buy a cheap alarm that has a starter disable if you don't have Honda's theft deterrent system. The red flashing light and stickers is all the deterrent you need.

Otherwise anything else is a waste of time, if anyone really wants to break into your car they will regardless of an alarm. I don't know how many times I've heard car alarms go off and people just don't give a shit.

And I've had many friends with very expensive alarms have their cars jacked anyways.
