Hey guys,
I have a Hitachi VG825 50" LCD tv that's approximately 4 yrs old. I was flipping through channels a few nights ago when suddenly the volume went to complete static and maxed out. I turned it off, reset my PVR thinking that might have something to do with it, unplugged the tv, etc, still the same. Adjusting the volume does nothing, reading 0 out of 50 and static sound still cranks out of the tv's speakers. Picture is absolutely fine.
I bought the extended 5 year warranty with purchase but any initial thoughts on what could be wrong?
