2003 skyline in calgary?

My friend tells me he saw a 2003 Skyline on 22x. I've told him many times cars can't be insured or brought in unless they are 15 years old.

He says they can if the is turbo is changed or exhaust, I'm prettt sure im right but he is 100% sure it was a 2003 skyline :banghead:

There were a few infiniti that wore the badge "skyline" but they werent actually "skyline"

Theres a white G35 that's just badged Skyline

Ive seen a black/white G35 rocking the Skyline.. But they dont look like a R34 at all.
