Off from a stock 2002 Civic SIR (EP3)

Wheel bolt: 4 - 100
Tire brand: Cooper WinterMaster
Tire size: 195/60/15

CONDITION:
Wheel: steel rims, no damage, paint chip or rust at all
Tires: rubber compound is still soft, no uneven wear, no damage, used for a winter and have > 75% tread left, balanced on rims and can be used right away.
