Having a potluck at work.

Any Suggestions on what I could bring.

Can't really make anything so something I could buy would work as well haha.

Thanks!

Shrimp rings. Tons of them. M&Ms Meatshops has pretty good sales on them sometimes. Cream puffs, chicken wings, mini hotdogs in a bun. Check the frozen aisle in your supermarket for ideas.

Potlucks are always an unorganized mess. Are people assigned specific meal types to bring?

Hit up M&M's and see what they have - that's going to be your best bet.

Other than that, things i've seen:

Asian BBQ Pork
Dim Sum
Cold Cut/Veggie Platters
Cocktail weiners

Safeway has this smoked salmon pate ring thing for ~$10 - just thinking about it makes me  It's basically real smoked salmon laid on top of a smoked salmon cream cheese dip - to be served with crackers.

I think sushi is a bit "exotic" for a workplace potlach. I brought california rolls one time and no one touched it! :thumbsdow

I took it home and ate it all up. Now justifying if that was ethical or not is another story.

Shrimp rings or pretty much any of that quick stuff at M&M.
Or go to a Chinese BBQ house and get some bbq pork or roast duck, something along those lines, everyone always loves that stuff.
