Trying to find a still capture video

I recall seeing someone post a video from www.vimeo.com where an artist took still captures as he painted on walls, buildings and floors and then put them all together into a movie.

It was basically of a stick figure that morphed and changed as it moved through the streets.

By chance does anyone remember this or have a link to this video?
