This is a session for drivers to take a passenger on the track for a thrill, the same as Saturdays session.

This is a meet & greet the spectators.
This is the opportunity for Sunday spectators to join drivers for casual conversation.
Drivers that are not participating in the Spectator lapping are required to make a respectable appearance.
Here is the drivers opportunity to get fans for their team and meet potential sponsors.
Media may be invited.
Please dress in your driving suit, or your team or sponsor uniforms for this event.

Spectator Tour Van; Throughout the weekend, a van will be touring spectators through the whole paddock and car corral areas.
(if one is available)

A Paddock/Pit Reporter will be going through the paddock.
Their job is to gather current information on you, your team, sponsor, car, and progress through the day.
They will be providing this information to the Hot Pit Reporter, who will add commentary to the races.

The Hot Pit Reporter will be interviewing crews and drivers while in the pits, just like the big boys.
Please participate in this, don't be shy, and have fun with it. The spectators will love whatever you say.

This weekend is to be the Biggy. To grow our sport, we need to attract the spectator, and put on a great show.
We hope you agree, and will participate to make this the Big Event in Calgary, like the Molson Indy is in
Vancouver and Toronto, and the Grand Prix in Montreal, (just a little bit smaller maybe).

Questions?
Call Michael Heim 403-240-9256

The more the merrier. Offers to volunteer for the following positions would be great.
We could use more; Tour Van Drivers (race experience a big benefit)
Spectator Ride Helpers (no race experience required)
Spectator Ride Ticket Sellers (no race experience required)
Pit Reporters (race experience a big benefit)
