If you think closely about this test, how accurate is it truely?

Personality tests, like this one, only offer a general look across all broad ranges of work titles that a person may likely fit into. If the test was truely that great, it would be able to lock down exactly which job title you will fit into, not 20-30 different jobs.

Another problem with test like these is how accurately it depics a particular job.

An "(Intravert, Intuitive, Thinker, Perceiver) tends to be quiet, independent and private; logical and unemotional; creative, ingenious and innovative, global thinkers; curious and driven to increase their competence; casual and adaptive; nonconforming and unpredictable" .

One work title for this person was a "Financial Analyst". One job task for a financial analyst is to communicate all that info back to managers/ supervisors/ other team members. So bottom line, introverts who are quiet, independent and private don't fit this role.

This is only one situation, and from what I've seen on these lists, errors are found in many more cases.

Bottom line, everytime I see a test like this I take it with a grain of salt
