Note: Some of you may have seen my post regarding my Inglewood townhouse for sale (http://forums.beyond.ca/st/236836/fs-1800-sq-ft-inglewood-home-facing-the-wildlands-park-walk-to-flames-games/). Well, this post is for my girlfriend's place, which we also need to sell, so we can buy a place together.
Like mine, we feel it's very aggressively priced. We've priced it as low as most inner city apartments, but yet it's a townhouse, with very few units in the complex (8), and low condo fees ($125).
