The WRX RA has the DCCD (driver controlled center differential) and no sound deadening.. basically a stripped down version of the WRX but with an electronic center diff.
JDM motor imports has a clean black GC8 in stock...
^^^ he probably means jdmsource has a clean wrx for sale, its super nice and they sell good quality cars. i have bought two crs from them and have been really happy with both of them.
good luck, :goflames:

Do you know this first hand? I thought only the STi had the DCCD.

Nope. The man is correct. WRX type RA has DCCD starting with the '94s
EDIT: All the tranny codes:

And by the looks of it, the MY93 STI doesn't have DCCD

The chart is showing production dates, so a 09/94 production date would be a MY95, which I guess is the earliest that you could have one with DCCD.

STi Ver2 on will have the DCCD.
and im not sure if the wrx type RA will have DCCD.
as well the STi ver2 is a limited handmade production car so you might have trouble finding one.
They didn't make sti's in 93 suen.
Anyways, I have a 93 RA and its basically lighter and has a shorter gear ratio.
Has intercooler water spray and no p/w p/l
Also the RA comes in red and white only
