I need a program that I can run non stop that pushes my GPU, RAM, and CPU to the limits for a while. It's been crashing for stupid reasons, and need to basically force it to crash some more, so I can log the errors. Suggestions?

SiSoft Sandra has lots of benchmarks and burn-in tests. 3D Mark will peg your vidcard.

PC-Check is great, expensive though, but I'm sure you could find it around the web somewhere. Used is many times for stress testing. Great product.

I use Prime95 for CPU, ATITool for GPU, MemTest86+ for RAM.

Yup what he said ^

Those are ideal tools for testing stability when overclocking. Stability issues could very well be heat related too, so a CPU temp monitor like RealTemp 2.70 is a good idea.
