My parents recently had their 50" Toshiba tv kinda break. The red 'convergence' is all out of wack, which can be seen in the attached pictures. Everything else works just fine.
From searching google it appears it can be fixed with some minor service work (couple hundred $$$). Some parts need replacing etc etc. Do your own research as to how much work/$$$ is needed as I'm not a tv repair person.
Either way my parents want it gone.... if you can come pick it up you can have it for free. Bring atleast 2 strong people cause it weights a ton and it's in the basement.
Model # is 50H71, it's maybe 5/6 years old. Comes with remote and owners manual.
It's going to the dump asap if nobody wants it.

Green line in the middle just showed up on the camera, only issue is the red out of wack.
