February Winefest

Has anybody been to the winefest before? I went to the Rocky Mountain food and wine festival earlier this year and wasn't all that impressed. I know this one is suppose to be more wine focused as opposed to the Rocky Mountain one which was more like a Taste of Calgary. Thoughts?

I don't like the Rocky Mountain Festival. The best event in Calgary IMO is the Grape Escape put on by Calgary Coop Liquor stores. $40 entry fee, no purchasing of tickets required.

The Rocky Mountain Food and Wine Fest used to be good a few years ago. I went this year and it seemed more like you were going to a club. Man whores and hoochies were aplenty! It was a pain trying to get from booth to booth with retarded people standing in the middle of the aisle. I did get to try some nice wines.

If I was a guy I would have appreciated the eye level boobs thrust in my face by some really tall chick.
