Restaurants open on Xmas eve(dec. 24)

Are restaurants going to open this evening? If so, are they going to be packed? It's too early right now to call restaurants and ask them so I thaught I would ask on beyond as they know everything!:D

a lot of places are open today but close early

offices are open too but im still working.... but no one else is working ahaha

pretty much everything in Chinatown is open. Even on Christmas day. Before we had family obligations we always ate at Happy Valley Christmas Day.

I know the KEG steakhouse is open tonight, last seating is 8pm

I just came back from Central Grande, on 16th, just a few doors west of Center Street.
Decent place, but I agree very few places are open.

Lot's of people in Calgary don't celebrate Christmas. They get together and have family dinner. They even get into that Christmas spirit but, don't exchange gifts.

I'm sure Asian restaurants (Chinese and Indian) will be open today.
