^ will that one not bolt onto a sr20 cause the sr has a t2 flange? correct?

it has a t3 inlet, exhaust side is probably still t2, 99.9% sure that all gt28s are t2 exhaust flanged

you can get a drop in t3 housing from atp. i have one that i might part with. external gate only. pm if interested
