Not sure how many owners are on here but I'm sure there are lots to come. Tons of useful info on these cars found here: 8thcivic.com (http://www.8thcivic.com)

first issue; I need seat rails to lower and push the stock seat back... anyone know of these existing?

Second issue... what choice of wheels for summer? I think I've narrowed it down to Bronze.... but I am open to gun metal or Gold. because cost is a factor, otherwise I would be placing an order for my gram lights, I was thinking something like these...

Option #1
Tenzo DC-6 w/ or wo/ polished lip

http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/cdc6_version2_bronze.jpg
http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/ddc6_version1_bronze.jpg

#2
Tenzo DC-5 w/ or wo/ polished lip

http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/edc5_version2_bronze.jpg
http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/fdc5_version1_bronze.jpg

#3
Drag DR-17's gold or bronze

http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/DR-1715goldpolished.jpg
http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/DR-1715gunmetalpolished.jpg

#4
Rota Attacks gold or bronze

http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/Rotaattack_1.jpg
http://i124.photobucket.com/albums/p2/sneakyotto/Rotaattack_3.jpg

#5 and the one's I'm leaning most towards
5Zigen FN01R-C in titanium

I think this style of wheel fits the profile of the car best. What do you think?
they would be going on this:

I don't know how much the wed sports cost and I've never seen a used set for sale.

and te37's look sick on anything

btw, any of these rims in 17" size would save me between 5 - 8lbs per wheel over stock

Tenzo R is hardly ballin' man, even on a budget.

that being said, i would try to find a used set. When the dollar was strong i bought some Rays from the USA and still came out on top after shipping.

Word. Used sets are usually alot cheaper, especially from the US. Hop on some Honda forums from the states and see what they have in their marketplaces.

I too like the Wedsport SA-90 (bronze) and the cost is reasonable for what you get.

Viewed on your car of your color...

AJ Racing carry Wedsports and have sales on them periodically.
If you're taking a trip to Van city, check out revscene.net for used ones for sale.

Of the ones you've selected, the 5zigens or Tenzo DC-6 (no polished lip) would be our pick.

Preferably I would find a used set of TE37, Gram lights, or Buddy Club rims, if not then its probably going to to 5Zigens

I'm a member on 8thcivic. Have you been to the Calgary General Chat area? there's a bunch of other dudes there too

As for the wheels.. I would also agree with the others. Tenzo's look cheap imo.
I've been through 2 sets of wheels and am on my third.. I have not regretted a thing.

My first set was 17" Bronze WORK XT7's. I sold them because I regretted getting such a weak width and offset. (17x7 +45). These cars can handle crazy crazy fitments.

My second set was 17x8 +43 Shining Silver Gram Lights 57 Maximums. I sold those because again, I wasn't happy with how they fit.

My present set, is now a FWD stagger. 17x8.5 +40 in the front and 17x7.5 +30 in the rear. White volk TE37's.

No picture yet since I just got them and have to wait till spring to get them on.

Join the chat! You should come out to some meets.

Oh, and about your first issue and the seats.
Wedge Engineering makes brackets for any car and they made it fo my Recaro's. However, I'm unsure if they make it to fit stock rails. It's worth a call.
The turn around time, however, is very very long. I waited 4 weeks for my brackets to come since they make it when you order.

I don't care about turn around, I just need the car to be more comfortable for me.

What have you done besides wheels?

Hey Dev, not sure what offset you need but these might work. Check this old thread if you are looking for Gram Lights.

http://forums.beyond.ca/st/176824/fs-rays-57r-wheels-18quot/

These wheels were originally ordered for my car but they sent the wrong ones. I think TireCraft still has them lying around in the shop.

This is my favorite Tenzo wheel, if I still have my WRX, this is what I'm buying in the summer.

yeah, I'm more inclined to go with a set like this. I don't see the point in putting wheels/tires that cost more than 1/10th the car... it's just a civic. I may have parted with the cash for my S2000 but not a daily driver where the rims will just get beat up.

^what are those ones called?
