ok, i'm trying to install this router.. and it's not working.. anyways, here are my settings

checked YES on PPPOE DSL Service
gave my login name and pass
connect on demand yes

obtain IP automatically

Primary DNS: 199.185.220.36
Secondary DNS: 199.185.220.52

When i run winipcfg I get a 192.168.1.203 (normal) with submask 255.255.255.0 and default gateway 192.168.1.1 (the router ip)

I can't ping anything for some reason.. i tried plugging the router straight to the modem (it's going from wall, to hub, to router, to laptop) and i'm currently trying to setup the laptop

any ideas? Only thing i can think of is my mac address, but I made sure I entered it in correctly.. it's transmitting data from the modem to the router (according to the manual anyways with the flashing light), and the port that's connected to the laptop has a solid light (which means it's connected).

argh!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
