Just bought a 2nd gen. Ipod Touch so I won't need my 1st gen. Ipod Touch. I just exchanged my older Ipod Touch for a new at the Apple Store last week so it's basically factory condition with the plastic wrapping over it (haven't turned it on), as well as the earphones. However the USB cable is not brand new as I couldn't exchange it.
