Hey guys.
I've heard Apple Auto does upholstery work but their prices are a bit steep. Anyone have experience with them and their work? Ie. do you get what you pay for in terms of quality?

Or perhaps someone knows of another upholstery shop around town that I could take the Fairlady to for a decent but not ridiculously expensive seat revival?

and Apple most likely outsources to CR or some other mobile outfit.

Back when I used to be a fleet manager for the biggest (at the time) limo company in Calgary, I'd send all my work to Cascade Vans & Interiors.

^ these guys. Not once was I ever let down, or ripped off. Dale (the owner) stands behind his work 110%.
I very highly recommend him and his company. Its located just south of the Port 'O' Call Inn on McKnight & 19th Street NE I believe it is, although it may be 12th ST.

He can do some amazing work, I still get my personal upholstery stuff done there, and am still continually impressed.

Im also wondering about reupholstering my entire interior. Its currently gray and I wanted to change to black. Im willing to spend $3000 tops. Is this possible with the above mentioned places?

+1 for Cascade, they have done a few of my dads cars and a truck of mine. Great work.

Yeah I'm quite confident Cascade can meet that price, probably by a fair margin as its mainly dye that they use to change the color. I really can't see it getting to that point, but it may. :dunno:

I don't recommend DeGreeves. Had my seats re-upholstered there and they butchered them. Not even close to the photos they have on their site. $1800 for 2 bucket seats, and I have to have them re-done elsewhere.

Plus 1 for Cascade! Dale is an awesome guy and the shop does killer work. I can't say they are cheap but they are damn good and you get what you pay for for sure...

Roberto @ CR Techniques is the bomb-diggity but don't know if he's still with them. They did amazing work on a 500SL roof, an X5 door panel, and a MSP door panel and they all looked like factory or better.

We should almost make a sticky for people with Uphostery related questions, as Cascade & CR techniques seem to come up a lot.:dunno:
