he can make consoles for both 180 and 240 but im pretty sure theyre for left hand drive. ive got the console, all my A/C vents, door handles, armrest cover and the glovebox and ashtray door is in the makings right now from him.

So when your doing drops, you have the buyer come in, sit in your passenger seat, you drive around the block, the buyer grabs the supplied amount and then you drive back to the buyers house and drop him off without looking suspicious

i popped the vents out with a flatblade and was super carefull. theres little tabs on all the peices and if you snapp them your pretty much fucked lol. it took me a good hour or so to pop them all out..

the peices are all solid. except for the little headlight covers he gave me. but im sure he could make those solid aswell if the person interested in them was willing to part with the covers for a day or two while he wrapped them.

yeah, all the parts are LHD, but if you have a RHD car it's no problem to make one for you. They are for the S13, but again, if what you have is slightly different, making one just for you can be easily done.

I haven't done the interior or the exterior B pillars yet, but i have on other cars like the neon/srt-4, so again, it shouldnt be a problem.

As for the arm rest, if it's just the fabric on it that's ripped it should be ok, because i strip it off anyway before laying on the carbon fiber...

If you check out the website in about an hour or so (www.alliedcomposites.com) , the renewal should go through by then, and you can see more pictures of all of the S13 stuff i already make, including the stuff i haven't posted pictured of yet. I still have to update some of them, but it should give you a good idea.

Let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for the interest,

George

i make pretty much anything you guys need, from interior and exterior laminations, to making carbon fiber copies, to making racing parts, to repairing and clear coating :nut:

I used to do the parts manually, but now everything is vacuum bagged and oven cured ;)

the ones i posted as laminations, are stock pieces, which have been sanded and prepped, and then have had the dry carbon fiber fabric and epoxy resin applied right on top. This bonds the carbon to the plastic for pretty much the life of the car.

the ones i posted as covers, are indeed just glue on covers, but they are still made out of real carbon fiber. I mostly make these for people who are out of town who don't want to bother to send in their stock pieces for lamination. I dont charge anything more to have the parts laminated, it's mostly just about the convenience of the customer... Most people prefer to ship in the parts they want done, but some dont.

If you're picky about quality or plan to go to shows, then you can just bring in your parts and i can have them laminated. THe difference in price is actually not that big at all. Let me know what you think or if you have any question.

yeah i can make those either way (laminated or stick on covers), because they're not out of aluminum, so the carbon and epoxy will actually grab on to it just fine :D

The new version has rolled corners so it completely wraps the headlight covers, so they look like they are 100% cf from all angles, including when popped up :)

i agree man, and i wont hide it... the way i was doing it by hand before was taking WAY too much time... but now i vacuum bag everything, and oven cure the parts... that means that in 2 hours the parts are cured, then i just trim the edges, clearcoat them, wait for the clearcoat to harden, and they are done :)

i have a set of headlight covers i can loan you until yours are done, and if you drop yours off you'll see you'll have them back in 2 days max

Cool, Atleast you can admit to what the issue was. I wont need you're spare covers as I rarely drive the car...so you having my covers for a couple days is no big deal at all, But I do apreciate the offer. Im going to need allot of interior peices aswell...PM me you're contact info and we can meet up so I can get these covers done...Thanks man!!!

you should clean up the dash and door panels. it might yeild more interest. although i know many people wont be interested in pulling out theyre dash in place of this carbon fiber one.

now that i think about it it may be near impossible. the dash stock will bend alittle im quite sure when your fitting it into place. now that its been laminated ill put money on it that its rock solid and wont flex. correct me if im wrong.

Wrong, I pull dashes at work on a regular basis [70+] you dont need to "flex" a dash to get it out or in the car.

Im interested in the dash but I really dont want to sand it, I have no experience doing so on this kind of material.
