Just picked this up today from Bobby Clarke at Subaru Calgary!
Go see him for all your Subaru related needs.

It's a white Subaru WRX265 sedan.

It drives so nice, plenty of power and noticeable improvements in refinements.

It's rocking a set of Michelin X-Ice winters right now and the thing is just a blast to drive in this weather.

Here are a few pictures, enjoy.

I also really like graphite/darker gray color too but they only seem to work on certain cars. The wife drives this one. I still have MY06 WRX but was thinking about trading it for something different.

I sat inside the Legacy today and it's a pretty nice car. The lease rates are very low right now so it's definitely tempting.

Will they move much from MSRP on 265's? Their financing rates aren't that great for January.

You aren't buying one are you? I would be thrown off by Mitsu's 11.95% lease rates too.
;)

There's room to move. Give Bobby a call if you are serious.

Looking at the car from the back, it looks like a Focus :nut: But at least it packs a mean punch :burnout:

Manual transmission (City/Hwy) (L/100km) 11.1/8.0
64L tank.

I get nowhere near that. I'm always boosting the car lol :burnout:

What's so funny? It's not like I'm a Subaru hater or anything in fact its one of the few brands I've never owned so it appeals to me.

I don't lease but Mitsubishi's financing rates are lower than Subaru's. I need a 4-door before September and don't want FWD. My options are EVO/Ralliart, STI/WRX, A3 Quattro. I'm not in a rush at the moment but I'm keeping my options open to those specific cars as they are all in the $35-$45K range I would look to spend.

If I have to spend that much money I'll get an EVO X MR. I'm not a BMW guy.

I just thought you were a 'Mitsu for life' kind of guy.

Nothing wrong with leasing man, especially with such a low lease rate. If you can pay less, rent it, bag it, give it back, wipe your hands clean and move on to the next car, why not right?

Car looks good Sam! I actually just saw it literally 5 minutes ago right near my work (UofC) while I was heading to my next call. Your wifey was driving it. Come to think of it, I never see u in your cars. I always see your cars though, your wife is always driving them. :nut:

Can't wait till my bro gets his STi, I'm taking over the lease on his WRX as is as soon as he gets it... but I gotta roll out the truck first...

Not only that, you know exactly how much you are in for.

My M3 took a beating on resale... Had I leased it, I wouldn't be so pissed off... haha.

Why is he moving up on another car? I would be house shopping in this market if I had extra cash.

The STi is slower than the WRX265. I am betting there will be big changes for 2010. Not a good time to buy a 2009 STi IMO.

^apart from the house thing, I told him the same thing.......

All good man. Then he'll just sell the 09 STi and get a 10 STi :burnout:

And forget about the house, dump it into HOU.TO instead. Oil prices will probably go up faster than house prices haha

I'm actually also thinking about buying a 265. Was in talking to Bobby about the Rally Sport Blue color. What do you guys think of the blue? I sure do like the white as well. I'm looking at this or the Civic SI.

Just put a deposit on a Blue WRX265 today. Went to Centaur. Was able to negotiate a better price because they had the blue I wanted in stock. Pick it up on Tuesday hopefully. Just waiting for the financing to go through and they have to put the 3m on. Hopefully I'll be ok for the rest of the season on those summer slicks!! We'll see.

Congrats on the WRX! Awsome choice.

But why wouldn't you get winter tires for it? Summer rubber will make your life hell driving that car in cold/snow/ice.
