Better! Coach Troy Jacobson, the guy who invented these workouts in the early nineties.

If you use these with a HRM and follow the exertion levels (they tell you the gear to be in and the rough heart rate range) these will make you puke. If you are not fit, they will kill you.

When I used to be fit, intervals were the primary reason for my speed.

Now I am fat and slow and happy that way. :)

No need for these.

Well we have a computrainer but looking for something for our son, he is not enjoying just riding on a trainer.
