I'm looking for a roommate to share my fully furnished five bedroom house with me and my brother. The master bedroom will be made available to you, it has a decent sized closet but no en suite. There is no furniture supplied in the bedroom.
Move in date is any time. Rent is $500 per month and includes the following:
Access to washer/ dryer
Wireless internet
Digital Cable
Digital Phone
$600 includes all utilities.
Because this will be a shared living acomodation I will require references from previous landlords/ roommates. I'm pretty easy to get along with but compatible personalities in the same house are a plus.
I am a 22 year old professional/ student. All I require of a potential roommate is that they are respectful of me and my house and are a clean and tidy person.
Details of the house:
Located in Erinwoods. Approximatly 10 year old house. 2 full bath. (one right outside the master bedroom) 4 car driveway (half is available) Sorry, the garage is not available for vehicle storage. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown in light traffic.
