Ive bought it as Co-Op liquor stores and the former Royal Liquor on 17th Ave SW at 11th (now Liqour depot or one of the chains).

Id call those two places and ask if they currently have it

WillowPark has it as well.

Best beer ever.

I think I'll go put some in the fridge right now!

Is that the Quebecois beer made after a Belgian recipe?

It's from Quebec. I'm not sure after the Belgian origin.

I was just at Sobeys. The beer fridge is half empty. That's why I was sure if they usually have them or not.

I'll settle for some Rickard's for now.

Yes, most (if not all) Unibroue beers are based on Belgian recipes. I don't think Blanche de Chambly is based on one specific Belgian beer, but based on the classic 'witbier' style (meaning white beer). this means its unfiltered (or atleast partially) and contains a high amount of wheat, also spiced with various adjuncts, usually coriander or citrus fruits i.e. orange. kind of obsessed with beer over here... heh

I usually have a few Ephemere sitting in the fridge. Sooooo tasty. Blanche de Chambly is very good as well.
