So I saw it on a commercial and went out to buy thing of it. $10 for a 195gram bottle.

Basically 2 teaspoons of powder is equivalent to 6 grams of fiber! So yeah, I find myself putting it in my tea, water, coffee etc. lol

Highly recommended!

If you put it in water you will notice a slight change in taste but if you add it to anything else, you won't notice a thing.

It's basically another Metamucil type product.

Just thought I mention it since we can all use more fiber in our diet and you can drink this stuff haha

The only thing I was worried about was, take too much of it be a bad thing? It is recommended you slowly up your dosage, gives your body time to adjust.

Seen it pretty much everywhere. Safeways, Shoppers, Wal-Mart etc...

Might be a change over the psyillium pills...
