People with a compustar alarm

How many people have cut the resistor wire on their compustar siren in order to have full volumn?

mine hasnt been cut and imo its hella loud already.

I have 3 sirens all in different locations on each one of my trucks. Seems decently loud.

the wire is on the siren itself.

just a black wire that is connected to the siren in a loop.

its just a resistor wire that if you cut makes the siren louder.

i might do it on mine ahahah just to make it crazy loud

It won't make your siren any louder, car alarms have there regulations too. most siren will have one loop cutting this loop will only make it chirp louder. Some sirens have 2 loops, one will delete soft chirp and the other will disable multitone mode.
