hey there i was thinking of selling my home in chestermere and was hoping to get your thoughts. should i wait till summer to list. wat do u think it would sell for? its a 2 story home with attatched double grage. 1969 sq 3 bed room plus bounus room. built in 2006. lots of up grades granite counter tops. wat would u charge?
