Taking ASTR 209 (A.Louro) without ASTR 207

Has anyone taken this course with this guy? Easy A? I'm late for signing up for GPA boosters and this is one seemed interesting.
However, I haven't taken 207, which according to the calendar isn't needed in order to take 209. But simple logic is telling me that taking the second part of the course without the first isn't a smart move. :dunno:

Although, looks like this is his first time teaching the course, but to me seems like a potential easy A :)

207 is about the our solar system, 209 is everything that is outside of the solar system, so the two are not very closely related. I was in the 207 class last semester and it was very easy.
