Anyone use Colliers as their management company?

Just wondering, got into some beef with them today.

The ignition module on my rooftop unit stopped working so no heat was coming into the restaurant.

Somehow it's my responsibility to pay for this? It's ridiculous! WhattheEFF is the point of paying into the maintenance/operating expense of the complex then?

It should be in your lease.... might wanna double check that.

Typically if its standard HVAC.. I would think it should be covered under the building maintenance.. although with some buildings that just covers the exterior items. All depends on how it was negotiated.

We had them for 3 buildings, 2 of which we got rid of recently, one we still have. All of them were pretty poorly managed/maintained.
