What is the are some of the best communities to buy a home in that are a relatively short drive to the UofC, but still a reasonable value? I've been looking at Silversprings.

Any Opinions?

3 bedroom
2.5 bath
dual car attached garage
backs onto park

closer to UofC than Silver Springs and no condo fees!

How hard would it be to resale this home: MLS: C3357585

Brand new good price, but backs right onto Crowchild trail.

This is a fantastic unit, with a great floorplan...the 2 extra bedrooms would be perfect to rent out to 2 mates ...which should score you a min of 800 a month.
