well heres the situation: i got a car with an alarm system..and i believe it is the reason that my car wont start.

and i just have a quick question: if i just pull it out and chop all the wires that connect to it.. would this be all i need to do to get rid of it?

Please dont do this. Those wires arent connected to nothing you know..

Ask a shop like bestbuy or FS or even autodream to look at it. They can probably help a TON more than pulling out a brain.

Ive seen it lots. (Used to work at BB)

If you have a starter kill, then cutting the brain out does nothing and you will be unable to start the car for sure unless you find the SK unit.

^^^^I'm with him^^^

you can easily just remove the brain box without cutting anything but you will have to find the starter kill relay...it could be under the dash near the ignition harness or brain box or it may be under the hood near the starter or fusebox harness
