Hello!

So my brother bought these indigo untreated jeans and left stupid-ass marks in the leather!

I was wondering what can get these off and what can I do to prevent it from happening again? My mom doesn't like my suggestion of transit.

Thanks and hope you can help!

Nothing you can do but clean it with a leather cleaner/protector and it'll come off.

Yes, the dyes frequently will come off to lighter colored surfaces.

Try removing it with a Mr.Clean Magic Eraser, be sure to condition the the leather generously after this treatment.

Put a garbage bag under him when he sits.

Jean and leather don't get along very well, for what ever reason they make leather dry out and cracked. Clean with fine leather cleaner and apply leather conditioner often ie: wear jean everyday = conditioner every 3 months. Cheer.

Try to resist using the Mr. Clean magic eraser. It is like a really fine grit sand paper. Try a good leather cleaner and condition afterwards. I have had good luck with Wolfgang Leather products and Lexol. Lexol is available locally at Lammle's I think.
