Nokia Unlocking guy

Got my phone, but I want it unlocked. Remote unlocking doesn't work, or my calculator is messed up. I think I need a data cable to do it up, but i'd rather just get someone to do it. Can anyone refer me to the right guy?

Better yet, if anyone has/knows where I can get a nokia 3590/3510 data cable i'll take it
