If i were you, i'd think hard about buying a car with a salvage title from a major accident. It also looks like that car may have been from the east.

If you do want to go ahead with it, i'd have it inspected at a local Honda dealer, as well as a good body shop.

Looks like a lot of money for a riced-out prelude with a rebuilt title and 200k

since its rebuilt... if you really like it... get it inspected by atleast 2 mechanics you really trust, also check all the mods and make sure that they were done properly, and at that milage i would run a compression check...

make sure you are comfortable with the car before you purchase it. especially with the rebuilt, find out what shop did the repairs and look into their history as well and make sure they are reputable.

if everything checks out... enjoy the car

EDIT:

all engine work has been done at my friends (licensed) shop
^^ INSTANT red flag

EDIT2: on a personal note... that car is UGLY... you can find a nicer stock one for cheaper.

i personally like the look of the car, but i wouldnt buy it because

a) kms are way too high
b) salvage title

if you are gonna buy a salvages vehicle make sure you take it too a body shop and a mechanic, if it all checks out id say go for it, but FYI you can find a nicer prelude with better milage and no rebuilt status for about that price, regardless good luck with your purchase

It's great if you plan on never selling it, you're going to be stuck with it for life once it's yours.

You would have to be the dumbest person in the world to buy this. It looks so shady , I dont know why you would ever consider it.

looks like shit - huge dent on passenger side rear quarter,
- It says H22 rebuilt - funny - how many kms did he put on the fresh rebuild - ask him the break in proess.
-Drivers door line looks off quite a bit (pic 4)
-blue hose coverings are never a good sign
-body kit :barf:
-will be ass slow - dont know what you expect
Dude, c'mon

what do you want for a car?
-fast?
-reliable?
-stupid body kits?
-Rebuild status?

personally, i would go for Snaatch's civic (in your price range) - a good example of how a honda should be done
