i have two s-video cables, but they are both too short for the current application so i want to connect them. are there connectors for this? or am i gonna have to go buy yet another s-video cable?

1. Buy female / female adapter that fits between your current cables.
2. Use longer S-video cable
3. Use a different cable

OK I wasn't sure if they manufactured these or not. where can i find one of these? the source? would they carry them at wal-mart?

So you have 2 male/female cables? Why not connect them?
If that fails I have a 15ft cable.

well, i can't connect the cables because they are both male on both ends (i think, i'm at work now but IIRC both ends of the cable have pins, right?). so i would need a connector for between the cables.

S-Video cables are typically male on both ends so unless he has an s-video extension cable he can't do that.

wally world sells them.. seem them the other day when looking for a coax cable spilter
