I'm with Rogers and I am wondering why my MMS isn't sending and why I can't receive them. All I get when I try to send them is that little clock thing. When someone sends them to me, I don't even end up getting that message.

Any help would be appreciated.

i believe the problem is your service books, go to rogers.blackberry.com or call in.

register and resend service books, that should fix your problem.

call in the to the tech support, theyll just reset whatever they need to reset, that should fix it

blackberries dont send/recv mms. i know it has the option, but RIM didnt give anyone the actual capability.

no they dont, no im not thinking of the iphone. they have the capabilities, but at least Telus i know for sure, didnt get the software loaded from RIM to have it work, and im almost positive its the same thing with Rogers because i have tested it.

i might be wrong with the Rogers BB's but im 100% positive with Telus BB's.

maybe with the telus BBs, as ive never used a telus bb i cant be too sure. Being a former rogers employee and myself owning a rogers bb, i can safely say that MMS does work with rogers bb.

Telus i know about for sure, but i have 3 friends on Rogers with BB's and mms has never worked on any of their phones and tech support never fixed that issue, so im not sure what that means if youre saying that it does.

all 3 of them had the mms feature and when they try to send one, its just times out. usually that means it has to do with the browser, but if all 3 phones are working perfectly normal other than this and theyre all doing the same thing, im curious as to where that comes from...
