I know alot of you thik realtor.ca is a huge pain to use....give www.point2homes.com a try. you can not only look locally but anywhere in north america (great if your looking for an investment property down south)

Definitely doesn't seem to have complete listings though?

yeah this site isnt like mls where listings are put on when an agent list them...I had to load my listings myself.

It would definitely be nice to see some competition for Realtor.ca

The monopoly they have on listings is stifling innovation.

Not a big fan of Point2Agent sites myself but they do the trick. There are many options out there right now and more and more people are looking for other sources than Realtor.ca
