Quiet Restaurant?

I'm having a brain freeze today. I have a dinner meeting to go over a lot of paperwork with an associate. I need a quiet place so we dont have to yell over people, place that will let us sit and have coffee and go over work and staff that will not hover the entire time. It has to be downtown kind of area. Suggestions?
