Bought this at CompuSmart as a display model so the case is scratched up. The keyboard and mouse are in better condition.
Never touched the software expect for creating a new account and installing the updates. It has Office 2004 installed. Don't have the install disks either. Had it attached to my TV and I only used FrontRow to watch movies and listen to music. Worked perfectly.
