Spares for Adult Hockey??

Hey guys, does anyone on here ever need a spare skater for adult rec hockey? I can play in any division, although a mid to higher division would suit my experience the best.

I ref 2-3 times a week (haven't played much in the last 2 years due to scheduling) and I always see teams with short benches yet I am having a hard time finding teams that just need an occasional spare.

Let me know if you need someone and I will try to come out. I'm willing to pay a drop-in fee and I would prefer something central or in the South. I work during the day so unfortunately lunch time or morning hockey usually doesn't fit my schedule.

The problem with most rec leagues is they require players to be registered and on their rosters so its hard to just bring in people, i play in the nchl ad hna and both of them dont allow drop ins(Do help avoid Ringers)

My buddy runs shinny in the south every week if that is of interest i could ask him for a sched, its usually later though
