I'm looking for XXL rashguard. MEC (http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_detail.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302872309&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442622748) has some but they only go up to XL and it's a bit too tight for my preference.

I refuse to pay the $60+ tag for under armor at Sportchek.

Thanks

A couple of months ago I bought one at costco (40-60 dollar range) and it was the well worth the money, just got back from surfing in Costa Rica, and I couldn't imagine doing it without the rashguard.

I'm confused, if you're not going to surf, why do you need a "Rash" guard?

p.s. Keep the top of the board from touching the sand... I'll wear one if I'm going to be surfing more than a couple days straight

ugh. you must be able to handle overheating well. the extra-thick bjj gi with a rashguard underneath is a little much.

i wear a double weave judo gi. makes a bjj gi feel like a lightweight karate gi. and yes, i am able to take the heat. i've been training like this for a long time. my old rashguard needs to be retired and i don't know where to buy more in calgary.

I believe Costco has them again right now. Not sure of the brand. Walmart sells a polyester one back in the mens dept by the socks and undies for like 15.00 I bought one for my son for exactly that reason under his gi.

Ya, what Brendan said.

Red Nik had a bunch on Boxing day, not too sure they are less than $60 though.

I finally got to Costco today. They have 2 of them, one of the brands is Avia one is $15.00 the other is $17.00 I can't remember the other brand. Sorry, it was a crazy day. My husband broke his ankle.

Yikes!

hope he heels ok.

Get him an ipod so he can listen to music alone and relax, but don't let your daughter bring it to school.

Go check Winners. They usually have Nike compression shirts for ~25 dollars.

Yeah he is hooked up with an ipod already, it made the wait at foothills almost tolerable.

He is probably going to need surgery. 20 years back he got hit cycling, the only thing that broke was his ankle. It's all pinned and screwed back together, over the years arthritis has set in and he had very little rotation in the ankle even with physio over the years. So he was walking home across a soccer field and thought he just twisted it. 2 days later he was pill popping and couldn't even walk on it. Dr's said just the way his old injury healed, when he twisted the ankle all the ligaments pulled the the bone out with it. Leaving behind a new shattered mess. So 6 weeks in an aircast and crutches. We are going for weekly x-rays to see how it's progressing.

Thanks
