ok, I've pretty much had it with my current roommates, dirty dishes always stacked up by their computers in the basement...obnoxiously loud at 2:00 in the morning when I work in the morning, and every time I ask for something around the house to be done I end up with a war with one of them...so I've decided to get rid of them in favor of a roommate that will at least take the garbage out once in a while.
townhouse is 1500 sq ft up, 1200 sq ft down
2 bedrooms + den(currently occupied by a roommate)
3 full bathrooms
2 car attached garage(one space available for renter)
HD digital cable in upstairs living room(cable in all other rooms, can always get another digital box)
high speed wireless internet.
walk out basement with wet bar and a fireplace.
the room I'm renting is on the lower level, with large windows and lots of light.
looking for $650 including everything except food.
